This is a gut punch for them for sure. Those guys are always pushing us around. We always feel like the little punk in the school yard so it's nice to kind of step on 'em a little bit. It doesn't happen very often.

He can be fantastic. He WILL be fantastic.

He's very perceptive, very laid back, works hard. He's very diligent about what he does with his skiing. He's a pleasure to be around, an easy guy to work with.

For him not to finish as many races as he has is frustrating. I think this whole race-every-single-race deal - if everything is not lined up - is not productive. You have to back up and ask what is my priority? To compete at my best or just make another start?
